Student Living General Clean includes: Wiping all surfaces in the kitchen, outside of all appliances and inside of the microwave; cleaning and sanitizing all bathrooms; dusting all furniture & ceiling fans; sweeping, mopping and vacuuming all floors; and a general straightening up of cushions and bed covers. Removal of no more than 2 bags of trash. Cost of General Clean - $130 /1BED Unit - $140/ 2 BED Unit - $150/3 BED Unit - $160/4 BED Unit - $175/5 BED Unit
Student Living Deep Clean includes: ( also the Move-Out Clean) Wiping all surfaces in the kitchen along with cleaning the inside of all appliances and all cabinetry (if empty); cleaning laundry room (wiping surfaces of washer and dryer) ; dusting all furniture, ceiling fans, baseboards, doors, door frames, windows, windowsills, window frames, light fixtures and air-conditioning vents; wipe front of all cabinets; clean and sanitize bathrooms; sweep, mop and vacuum all floors. Cost of Deep Clean - $360
TRASH REMOVAL CHARGES: First 2 trash bags are at no extra charge, each bag or item for trash removal over the first 2 will be charged at a rate of $8 per bag. Pictures will be taken of the bags and items in excess of two and emailed to the client. No removal of trash will be completed until the extra charges are paid.
Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for any broken microwave plates or any refrigerator shelving that may crack or be damaged during the cleaning process.
We will not move any large pieces of furniture.
EXTRA CHARGES:
$50 if you request to have the inside of all kitchen cabinets cleaned if they are filled with personal belongings- this will include removing and replacing contents in cabinets.
$30 pet fee for the clean up of excessive pet hair and dander
$10 per bed for changing sheets
Travel fee of $.50/mile after the first 15 miles.
$25 Cancellation fee if cancellation is after 3pm day before cleaning (see #3 below).
$25 call back charge if no one is present to inspect cleaning before team leave premises and they have to return. (This charge will also include travel fees if further than 15 miles.) (See #6 below)
****Appointments are set for approximate times. Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to an hour and fifteen minute arrival window. If the Cleaning Solutions team will be delayed, the customer will receive a text or call to let them know.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We will invoice you the cost of the services as described above. You have the option of paying online from our invoice with your credit or debit card or you can stop by our office and make the payment. We can also take credit/debit cards over the phone. We do not accept personal checks.
All invoices MUST be paid at the time the appointment is made. There is no penalty for cancellation if made within 24 hours of the appointment. All cancellation refunds will be in the form of a check from our company and mailed to you within 10 business days. However, if the cancellation is made after 3pm the day before OR it is made the day of yourappointment, there will be a $25 cancellation fee.
If you are considering the monthly ongoing cleanings, you may also consider keeping a credit card on file with us. At the beginning of the month we will send an invoice that will reflect your payment after we charge your card for the monthly cleanings. (All files with Cleaning Solutions are kept under lock and key in a locked office. The Owner and General Manager are the only people that have access to this information)
All monthly ongoing cleanings will require payment on the 1st of the month, when invoices are received, in order to keep your appointments on our schedule.
We suggest that you be available to our team when they are finished so that you can walk your home and determine if all work was completed to your satisfaction. The Cleaning Associates will be available to correct any problems that you find while they are there. The Associate Supervisor will ask you to sign a release form that states the work has been completed to your satisfaction. If you are not available when we are finished OR if you have signed the release stating that you are satisfied there will be a $25 call back charge to return to the property after we have left the premises.
We have a team that consists of two to four members that will attend to your home. They work professionally and diligently to get the work done in a timely manner. Usually, you can count on 1.5 to 4 hours depending on the size and condition of your home.
Please note that Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to deny and/ or terminate services based on safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations. Our Cleaning Associates have the choice to leave upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition, unsanitary conditions, or if they feel unsafe or threatened.
We take before/after pictures of each area of your home that we are responsible for cleaning. These pictures are not shared on any social media sites. They are for training and oversight purposes only.
Prior to your appointment, please inform our office if there are valuables in your home that you do not want dusted, moved or touched.
Any waiver by either party to this Agreement or a breach of any term or condition of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other term or condition of this Agreement.
Jurisdiction and venue for any suit brought on this Agreement shall be in the county or parish where the Cleaning Solutions, LLC office is located.
Both parties agree that they have fully reviewed and discussed the terms of this Agreement, and all attachments, and acknowledge that the terms reflect the entire Agreement of the parties pertaining to its subject matter and it supersedes all prior contemporaneous agreements, representations or understandings of the parties.
Any changes or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing, signed by both parties and attached hereto.
In the event any section, subsection, provision or clause of this Agreement or any combination thereof is found to be unenforceable at law, in equity or under any presently existing or hereafter enacted legislation, regulation, or order of the United States, any state or subdivision thereof or any municipality, those findings shall not, in any way, affect any other part of this Agreement which shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be interpreted in a manner that imposes the maximum restriction or obligation permitted by law.
The individual Client, family member, agent, or employee of Client which states agreement hereby guarantees the payment to Cleaning Solutions, LLC of the minimum charges listed above and discussed with the Client, and the payment of all other amounts that become payable under the terms of this Agreement. Said individual acknowledges that without this guaranty of payment, Cleaning Solutions, LLC would not render their services to this individual.
